The Key Ranch at the Polo Club is nestled among majestic live oaks in gently rolling hills 5 miles east of Dripping Springs (known as “The Gateway to the Hill Country”), and just 18 short miles west of downtown Austin. The Hill Country landscape is abundant with beautiful rock bottom creeks, a variety of wildlife and majestic views. The community is situated on a portion of a former large ranch owned by the Key Family, hence the name of our subdivision. With the highly rated Dripping Springs ISD, small town atmosphere and close proximity to Austin and San Antonio, it is a great place to live!

Adjacent to the Club is AESA Prep Academy, a 2nd-12th grade college preparatory school offering both flexible and traditional schedules to accommodate the unique needs of their individual students. Accredited by SACS and NCAA approved, AESA provides students the support they need to fulfill their dreams while achieving academic excellence.
